The beauty of the Klinch system is the automatic switching mechanism that it allows workers to intuitively interchange their tools. The short lanyard on the tools allows workers to easily switch over and use multiple tools without the lanyards becoming entangled. It has many benefits over retractable cord reels that restricted tool movement and can interfere with safety harnesses and apparatus. The device is high strength whist being lightweight, and durable.
The Gutter-Vac allows Avoclean to avoid the hindrance and hazards associated with using ladders and other safety access systems. The Gutter-Vac allows an efficient and effective removal of debris from hard to reach guttering and other roof top areas.
The Gutter-Vac a vacuum is specifically designed with custom made attachments to effectively remove debris in difficult places better than any other cleaning method. Each vacuum unit incorporates “wet-dry” technology so sludge and other wet materials pose it no problem. The debris is removed into large drums; it is easily taken off site with no mess left behind.
Bangaroo, the new harbour side development, have used the consulting services of Avoclean to develop efficient external access systems for long term cost efficiency when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. Avoclean also consulted on the access system design of Sydney City Westfield built beneath AMP Tower and the new access system of the Sydney Opera House.

The Purified Window Washing
Where access allows, Avoclean uses a high wash system that allows windows to be spotlessly cleaned, without leaving streak marks. The Purified Window Washing System uses deionised water fed through a pole topped with a soft bristled brush. The process both cleans and rinses the window. The added advantage is that the extendable poles remove the need for the use of ladders, therefore providing a safe workplace for our technicians and those around them. The method is faster and more effective, aiding cost efficiency.
Deionised water is free from sodium, calcium, iron, and copper, along with anions such as chloride and sulphate. These minerals cause streaks – by removing them and using the purified water can completely eradicate streaks. Avoclean was the first company in Sydney to implement the new pole trigger kit on all Purified Window Washing Systems. This environmentally friendly initiative enables operators to work more efficiently while saving significantly more water and avoiding the overspill of chemicals into water catchments.
Misty-Internal Cleaning System
Avoclean have adapted the Purified Window Washing System for use as an internal system which operates using a fine mist and microfiber head. The Misty system allows for internal building surfaces to be cleaned without the use of harmful chemicals.
The system provides all the same safety, cost, environmental and time benefits as The Purified Window Washing System with the advantage of being specifically built for internal building use.
