POLICIES AND INSURANCE


Avoclean is fully insured and operates a robust quality management system to ensure that all clients requirements are met. Special requirements can be met if required and we are happy to discuss these on a case by case basis with client. We are Quality Assured to ISO 9001:2008 and our internal systems are geared towards ensuring continual accreditation with the minimum of fuss.
Safe Work Method Statements form the basis of Avoclean operational delivery and are a testament to our impeccable safety record. Site specific risk assessments are a preliminary task on every job we undertake.

PUBLIC LIABILITY

Avoclean is ISO9001:2008 Accredited. We are externally audited to ensure we constantly meet the Quality Assurance goals we have set for our company. The processes put in place by our Quality Assurance program means that we are capable, organised and reliable. It concentrates our business on cost and time efficiency and supports communication between us and our clientele, ensuring we deliver a quality guaranteed service, every time.
QUALITY GUARANTEE
At Avoclean, we have a 100% guarantee on our work. We are focused on our clients, and the high quality of work that we deliver on each and every job. We will ensure, without fail, that we complete the job to the client’s satisfaction. If a client has an issue with our quality, and notifies us within 72 hours, we will return to the site to fix any problem, at no charge.
INSURANCES
Avoclean hold current Public Liability Insurance at all times to the value of $20 million. The certificate can be viewed here.

TICKETS & LICENSING
Avoclean staff hold the relevant tickets and licenses to operate machinery and to work at heights via Industrial Rope Access. All of our employees hold general construction white cards, which can be requested at any time from info@avoclean.com.au. All tickets and licenses are maintained by Avoclean management, and can be viewed by a client at any time.
SAFE WORK METHOD STATEMENTS
SWMS form the basis around which Avoclean run our safe operations. We have an impeccable safety record, to which we attribute to our OHS procedures and staff training. For each job we undertake, we provide detailed Safe Work Method Statements to the client to ensure they understand the kind of analysis that has been undertaken.

Safe Work Method Statements are a legislative requirement and Avoclean’s SWMS encompass a detailed risk assessment also. We ensure our SWMS are detailed and site specific to ensure we will carry out the work in the safest, most efficient way possible. Our technicians are inducted in how-to understand SWMS and how to make use of them when carrying out the cleaning work in a safe manner that complies with legislation and codes of practice, but most importantly minimises risks and hazards to employees and the public.

MATERIAL DATA SAFETY SHEETS
Material Data Safety Sheets (MSDS) are used by Avoclean when we are dealing with any chemical, including dishwashing liquid and other soaps. MSDS detail the risks and hazards of that particular chemical, and how it can be minimized and eliminated where possible. Avoclean will send the appropriate MSDS for your job prior to the start date.
TRAINING
All Avoclean staff employed to work on a specified site are proficient in the relevant skill area and will receive a detailed on-site induction prior to work commencement.

Avoclean employees have certification in Industrial Rope Access, Elevated Work Platforms and Building Maintenance Units and they receive on site induction for equipment they are required to operate. All rantees.Employees continue on an extensive twelve week training course which is conducted in house by our Operations Manager & Site Supervisor. David Robbins, InteRisk Risk Management Consultants is Avoclean Services licensed trainer who conducts the following training for our staff:

All Avoclean’s work is guaranteed, and in the unlikely event that the customer is not satisfied with the quality of work, we will return to recitify the issue if notification is received within 72 hours of the initial work being completed.

Please make sure that we have uninterrupted access to windows and sills are clear of plants and other objects. Blinds should be raised. If possible furniture moved away.
